Ferrellgas is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! Please note, this is a remote position with occasional travel to the Kansas City office.
In this role, youwill own the development, deployment, and reporting processes for our email program for retention and prospects. This position will also serve as the primary marketing point of contact for retail managers andcreate, deliver, editand optimizemarketing materials used for customer retention and growth.

Essential Functions:
Works with creative team and business stakeholders to ensure email program aligns with company objectives
Manages end-to-end production process for email campaigns to current customers and prospects
Optimizes results for email campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, frequency, etc.
Stays up to date on email best practices, technologies, trends, and CAN-SPAM laws
Continually monitors and analyzes key KPIs; identifies trends, problems, opportunities, and shifts in behavior while iterating on existing campaigns to optimize each for maximum performance
Serves as primary marketing point of contact for sales managers located in multiple states and regions
Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials used for customer retention, customer growth and lead generation
Executes a wide variety of projects that involve direct mail, email, social media, print media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
Designs clear, concise, and compelling advertising copy as well as product copy for use in stores, direct marketing, email marketing, internet advertising and on the website
Maintains divisions marketing budgets
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
2+ years' experience in business environment
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and organizational skills
Requires experience with and knowledge of email and online marketing
Ability to write, proofread and edit with proficiency and accuracy
Must have relevant experience working with 3rd party build e-mail delivery companies. Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred
Experience coding in HTML, CSS, etc. is a plus
Experience with and knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
Sound understanding of marketing principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
