The Talent Acquisition Process and Planning Specialist is responsible for the assessment of current hiring processes, gap identification and recommended solutions aligned with Talent Acquisition strategy. The person in this role will drive improvements in all Talent Acquisition salary and hourly hiring processes and document updates to workflows for North America, Canada and Mexico.
Additional responsibilities include the following:
Improve processes, systems and tools that positively impact the candidate, employee and manager experience.
Assist in the development of interviewer excellence training.
Enhance controls and governance processes in partnership with Compliance organizations to ensure compliance with all program requirements including timing and KPIs.
Provide program management and reporting on hiring initiatives and special projects across functions.
Communicate initiatives and progress across various stakeholder groups.
Create playbooks and best in class processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
Audit and manage process parameters and identify optimal strategies based on company/function/team goals/KPIs.
Collaborate with various stakeholders on identification of continuous improvement activities.
Plan and schedule all Talent Acquisition hiring activities across various sites and assess all schedule risks and assist to mitigate gaps with innovative solutions.
