Purpose: As a member of the Finance and Accounting Team, this position is responsible for supporting the Accounting team, primarily to create presentations and analyses and ad-hoc projects, as required.
*Presentations: Create charts, graphs, tables and presentations for lender and executive management meetings
*Lender Calls: Manage website access and quarterly conference call
*Org Charts: Maintain corporate organization chart
*Capital Expenditures: Maintain tracking and post-investment reviews for approved capital expenditures
*Financial Data: Utilize financial systems to retrieve and present data
*Customer Service (internal): Support a customer-focused culture for the Corporate Accounting & Finance function, serving management, Corporate Finance & Accounting, HR, IT, divisional and plant accounting and others.
*Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.
*Culture: Model the Corporate Values and Principles.
*Ad hoc: Work on special projects as assigned.
*Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance required.
*One to three years of experience in business, with accounting/finance experience a plus.
*Expert user of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required) and Adobe Pro
*SAP general ledger and Hyperion experience a plus.
*Ability to read and analyze information to make rational, logical, fact-driven decisions.
*Develop effective working relationships with people in various departments and at all levels of the organization across the company's global locations.
*Articulate, clear and persuasive in the spoken and written word. Utilize appropriate communication methods to work with individuals across the globe to take tasks to completion. Ask questions when clarification is needed.
*Demonstrate a professional image. Travel and move about in offices and plants.
*The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to proactively meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities at once.
