Cenveo, a world leader in the management and distribution of print and related offerings is seeking a Mailing Coordinator with print experience for its San Antonio, TX facility.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of mailing experience working in a printing plant.

The Mailing Coordinator is an inserter/operator who is responsible for operating Inserter and/or Inkjet equipment to provide a product which meets customer quality and time requirements while meeting Cenveo profitability requirements.
This position has direct and indirect responsibility to ensure that all work activities under its span of control are performed with attention to the highest standards of quality, safe processes, consistent standards and compliance with all appropriate legal requirements with a focus on continuous process improvement.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

Read and understand job tickets and customer instructions.
Follow the sign-off procedure in a timely and accurate manner.
Accurate and timely electronic entry of job, inventory and time data into multiple data collection systems
Use the equipment's computer as part of programming and setup of equipment
Setup, operate and maintain the assigned equipment.
Follow all established processes associated with the operation of the inserter.
Perform all Helper duties, including setting up stations, tray, and bagging requirements.
Ability to understand job requirements and transfer that knowledge when working with helpers, temporary employees, and other operators.
Seek to learn other Cenveo operations.
Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions in the English language.
Good communication skills -- written, verbal, and listening.
Must have reliable transportation; be able to work days, nights, weekdays, weekends, holidays and willing to work overtime when needed.
Comply with work and safety rules
Any and all other duties assigned by Plant or Production Manager
Other (Non-Essential) Functions Includes functions which are normally performed by persons holding this title. However, these functions may be reassigned to other employees as part of a "Reasonable Accommodation" under the ADA.

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions
Regular exposure to manufacturing environment with one or more unpleasant or hazardous conditions including but not limited to exposure to dust, dirt, high noise levels, chemicals, etc... More than 50% of work time. Warehouse and plant with exposure to dust, noise and fumes. Walking and standing 100% on concrete flooring.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects
Ability to stand, walk, grasp and reach. Occasionally required to climb, lift up to 50 lbs, carry and sit for prolonged periods of time.
Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
