Plan to perform product appraisal using Research and Development approved and standard testing methods and protocols according to the projects' priority.
Plan, design and/or modify, if needed, experiments, procedures, or methods to perform product evaluations in the more efficient and timely manners.
Evaluate lab-made and pilot batches, as well as the finished products: National Brand Equivalent and National Brand as part of the product performance protocol.
Adapt and/or modify client/customer supplied procedures or methods to perform product evaluations supporting desired performance or marketing claims.
Collect data using MACH5 instrument or Spectrophotometer, transfer data via sophisticated MACROS to Excel spreadsheets
Analyze data and report results with their statistical significance and in the graphic representations.
Maintain detailed records of all performance testing results for submitted formulations and products in an on-line electronic laboratory books and the Research and Development files.
Attend to any other assigned tasks by Senior Manager, Product Development - Dish.
College Diploma/Degree in science; University Degree preferred
1 or more years' experience in in laboratory setting
Advanced knowledge of statistic principles and practical application
Understanding of Home Care, Personal Care and/or Cosmetic Industry products and their main ingredients preferred
