JOB OBJECTIVE: Assist with administrative support and deliver outstanding customer service. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management.

Responsibilities

Deal Directly with customers either by telephone or email

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, faxing, mailing and filing

Handle and resolve customer complaints

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

Provide pricing and delivery information

Set up new customers

Process orders, forms, applications and request

Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

Maintain customer databases

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Track, purchase & manage stock of office and kitchen supplies as needed

Prepare correspondence and presentations

Prepares and coordinate mail, faxes, and express packages.

Manage other tasks (ongoing or project) as deemed necessary by management

Work on special projects as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
