MCC Verstraete, a subsidiary of Multi-Color Corp. is a Belgian-based, startup facility in the U.S. specializing in the printing and finishing of injection mold labels.

We are hiring on 2nd and 3rd shift for Machine Operator assistants in our Finishing department. Learn the foundation of how to prepare printed sheets for the Rotary Die Cutter with quick advancement opportunities to Machine Operator positions available.

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred

  • Work SAFELY- Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures.

  • Be DEPENDABLE- regular and predictable attendance and work overtime when required

  • Be a TEAM PLAYER- ability to assist others with machine set‐up, run, and clean up

  • Be CARING- respect others and communicate openly

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required

  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude

  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency for on‐time completion of assigned activities

Training is typically conducted on 1st shift (M-F 6a-2p). After training is completed, associates will be assigned to 2nd (M-F 2p-10p) or 3rd shift (Sun-Thu 10p-6a).
