What you'll do:

As a HR Business Partner, you will consult with the leaders and be instrumental in helping the business drive growth and meet their goals. You will cover all major HR functional areas (employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and policy interpretation) and identify where HR contributions can positively impact the client group's business strategies. Responsibilities encompass initiating the development of relevant action plans; facilitating conflict-resolution at all levels; consulting with managers and employees; and advising on performance management and employee relations situations. You will also partner with HR specialist groups on recruiting and interviewing; compensation analysis and activities; and leadership training and development.

What we're looking for:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of demonstrated & comprehensive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in the technology industry or supporting a technical customer base

  • Work experience involving client support in the following areas: employee relations, recruitment, compensation, policy interpretation, change management activities, management training, and performance management

  • Experience influencing senior leadership and building trust with employees and management teams

  • Can draw from extensive HR related experiences to develop and recommend action plans, guide managers through appropriate protocol and lead new initiatives

  • You're curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are ourvaluesand influence everything we do.

The nice to haves:


  • HR experience supporting a progressive organization

  • PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification

  • Experience with HRIS, Workday preferred

  • Strong customer service orientation, creative problem solving, interpersonal and diplomacy skills

  • Ability to respond appropriately in a fluid environment and to maintain flexibility when strategies change

  • Ability to create innovative solutions to complex business problems

  • A proven track record in the areas of aligning HR programs with business strategies and applying information technology to HR initiatives
