A Sr. Tech Business Consultant (Sr TBC) plays a vital role in helping ADP Retirement Operations fix outdated processes and adopt new technology.
In this role, the Sr TBC researches, gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Day-to-day, he or she assesses ADP's and client's needs, gathers robust information, and analyzes it, looking for telltale trends or areas for improvement.
The Sr TBC has the responsibility of determining when a business's needs change, assessing the business impact of those changes, obtaining, recording requirements, and maintaining the communication and delivery of the requirements to relevant stakeholders
A typical day includes a variety of team meetings, discussing priority needs and objectives. Followed by working out what is required for them to achieve their goals. All the while, accurately documenting your findings and tracking the progress of recommended implementations.
