Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The workforce Planning Coordinator will assist with recruiting and staffing activities related to the needs of the phlebotomy organization. Serve as a point of contact for customer base for all recruiting actives to meet the business needs. Work with Workforce Director to leverage business metrics and KPIs to direct staffing practices across the organization. Create value by forecasting and identifying staffing needs.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES:

Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
* Engage with customer to better understand their staffing requirements and goals
* Collaborate with all levels of leaders to identify and implement strategies to strengthen workplace culture and team effectiveness
* Monitoring progress against milestones, assessing for continuous improvement purposes, and adjusting the plan to make course corrections
* Address new workforce issues (recruiting, locations, other items)
* Analyze historical trends and future projections to help guide staffing plans and forecasting
* Responsible for entering information into system to create requisitions
* Act as liaison with the Recruitment Team to optimize delivery of resources and skills
* Monitor performance and utilization trends with current resources and provide consultative support changes and hiring decisions
* Update and maintain the recruiting pipeline
* Update and maintain the capacity models
* Assists in generating recruiting reports
* Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Bachelor's Degree Preferred

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Superior communication skills both written and oral
* Exceptional computer skills
* Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
* Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
* Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
* Ability to analyze and interpret data
* Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
* Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
