VGS is a highly acclaimed, successful, private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) vocational rehabilitation agency with over 125 years of dedicated experience serving persons with disabilities or other barriers to employment. We are currently seeking to hire an Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Operations Department. The Office Manager will be responsible for performing the following duties.
Perform required administrative duties.
Process and invoice all accounts for department.
Responsible for data entry, processing employee and client records, and submit supply orders.
Assist with prescreening and scheduling applicants for interviews for various the Operations Department.
Compile and submit quarterly and annual reports for compliance and contractual reporting requirements SourceAmerica, QER, OPCRP, and others as assigned.
Process department payroll for submission.
Act as liaison between clients, employees, and administrative staff.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business Administration.
3-5 years Administrative experience.
3 years experience with payroll and personnel policies/procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Zoom.
Efficient, organized, and creative; Self-motivated and ability to multitask.
