Access Solutions Americas Early Talent Development Program is a 24-month experiential learning program providing new college graduates with a unique opportunity to rotate through multiple disciplines within a function (or through multiple functions). The intent of the program is to provide participants with hands on, well rounded experiential learning opportunities which will equip them with a strong holistic foundation for future roles within the business as a key contributor or leader.

Rotations for Human Resources may include Compensation, Shared Services, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Training & Development.

REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS degree
Previous professional work (or internship) experience in Human Resources preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
