The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the full life-cycle of the recruitment process and will report to a Talent Acquisition Team Lead.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support recruiters with the administrative process of full life cycle recruiting
Research and manage jobs utilizing various sites that will drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Glassdoor, Indeed)
Assist in researching new avenues to attract and identify top talent
Schedule interviews and coordinate travel
Respond to Talent Acquisition inquiries
Prepare offer letters
Resolve issues in Workday while providing guidance to recruiters on the Workday systems process
Generate reports and track metrics related to hiring
Interface with external vendors
Invoice processing and reconcile recruiting expenses
Support onboarding of new recruiters
Build strong relationships and partnerships across broader HR functions

Qualifications and Requirements:
BA /BA degree in HR or related field
Passion for recruitment and strong desire to grow your career into a full life cycle recruiter
0-2 years' Human Resources administration experience and/or previous recruiting experience gained from prior internship or working in a staffing agency environment supporting recruiters
Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Advanced Excel skills a plus including pivot tables and Vlookup functions
Technology savvy including social media and process mapping
Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) a plus
Ability to support recruiters in Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones, with flexibility to assist peers in supporting Eastern Time zone when needed
