A Process Engineer job in Clayton, NC is currently available through Belcan. This is a contract position expected to last for 6+ months, and There are multiple positions available. In this role, you will be responsible for working with construction engineering for all aspects of pharmaceutical projects to include API, Fill Finish, etc. To be considered for this role, you will have Junior to senior level experience with Pharmaceutical process knowledge, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background and experience working in a cGMP Pharmaceutical environment.

Process Engineer Job duties:
- Mechanical process knowledge, ability to perform start up tasks, troubleshooting and potential fixes.
- Raw Materials , Clean utilities and upstream fermentation knowledge is a plus.
- The resource will work under a senior team lead who will perform planning and organizational tasks.
- Resource must be knowledgeable in cGMP Pharmaceutical environment.
- Good Documentation practice (cGDP)


Qualifications:
- Junior to senior level resources with Pharmaceutical process knowledge, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background and experience working in a cGMP Pharmaceutical environment
- Successful candidates will be self starting energetic problem solvers that can identify and provide options for process improvements in a field environment.
- Candidates must be proficient in MS Office applications.
- Delta V a big plus
