Construction Site Entry Level Laborer

Candidates must possess the following:

The willingness to learn and ambition to move up the ranks
Ability to follow direction from multiple supervisors
Hard working with strong work ethic
Ability to meet attendance & punctuality requirements
Ability to work nights and weekends on occasion
Ability to apply recently learned skills to future jobs
Must possess outstanding communications skills
Ability to understand instructions given in both written and verbal format easily
Adhere to strict site safety policies and procedures
Comply with drug / alcohol free policy
Have a valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
Ability to travel locally and out of area, state on occasion as the project requires
Flexible schedule and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading materials
Assisting in the building or construction of various things
Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the job-site/assignment
Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor
Clean up, moving debris or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor
