JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure occupants a clean and safe environment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms; includes floors, sinks, counters, commodes and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of elevators and stairwells and monitor interior and common areas.
• Maintain all convenience centers of tenant space, including stocking of coffee and cleaning supplies.
• Empty garbage containers in common areas and restrooms ensuring general areas are free of litter.
• Assist with employee moves.
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
• Serve as a backup for Building Services Technician.
• Report broken or dangerous items to CIT facility staff for repair or replacement

SKILLS , EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum 1 year previous facilitates maintenance / janitorial experience
• Ability to handle multiple projects
