CARSTAR of Langhorne, PA is currently seeking to hire an experienced Body Shop Estimator!
The Estimator should be friendly, accommodating, outgoing, and have the ability to develop professional relationships with current and potential customers.
Responsibilities of the Body Shop Estimator include, but are not limited, to the following;

Provide cheerful and excellent customer service to all current and potential customers
Prepare all estimates in an accurate and efficient manner, keeping in mind that the estimate later becomes the blueprint for the repairs.
Review all final bills and supplemental billings for accuracy, and thoroughly check the final repairs prior to delivery to the customer.
Educate customers in the Collision repair process, including insurance procedures, motorists' bill of rights, repair techniques, and safety.
Porter vehicles, customers, employees to other locations as directed by management
Attend daily release meeting, review the current state of sales and production, and plain daily, weekly and monthly strategies to boost performance
