HOURS:

• Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Site maintenance and operations: QA walkthroughs of DP buildings and vehicles (and other sites when needed), reviewing work order status (property management experience, preferred)


• Assisting with collecting data and tracking budgets for grants


• Collaboration with Manager of Facilities Planning to track and follow-up on accidents, traffic violations, fire procedures and other duties as assigned


• May work out of two different sites during the week (i.e. 3 days at one site, 2 days at another)


• Keeping building systems (fire sprinkler, fire alarm, telephone and maintenance) manual up to date as work is completed on major systems


• Represent Assoc. Admin with vendors and external contacts for inventory management


• Fill in at reception area when needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma


• 3 years of experience in a similar field


• Computer skills preferred

  Driving (Agency and/or personal vehicle) is required for this position.  Driver must be at least 21 years of age, with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience, and a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.   There can be no state issued restrictions on the licenses that would impede driver’s ability to operate the vehicle as required by the Agency, and there must not be more than three (3) points on their driving record.
