The Digital Marketing Manager develops and manages the digital marketing campaigns that drive acquisition for your respective brands and products. You will play a major role in enhancing brandawarenessand engagementwithin the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring new customers. The DMM will create and implement search and social marketing campaigns andother online advertising mediums with success measured by campaign ROI, click-through-rate, lead acquisition, and conversion rate.

Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and plan digital campaigns for new customer acquisition and current customer retention through organic search and social platforms

  • Grow new customer acquisition by working with agencies and internally in creating top-of-funnel lead generation and acquisition campaigns through social campaigns across multiple mediums

  • Direct organic search initiatives, continually developing and maintaining a keyword strategy that satisfies high-funnel acquisition strategies and low-funnel conversion campaigns

  • Create comprehensive remarketing campaigns across multiple mediums, including but not limited to abandoned cart, abandoned browse, lapsed customer reactivation, and prospect conversion

  • Own the social media strategy and execution for the brand.

  • Coordinate social media advertising with ACCO Brand's Brand Marketing Team campaigns and initiatives in order to deliver a comprehensive and cohesive brand experience across social media platforms

  • Develop landing page and site experience scenarios with the Creative and Merchandising teams in order to complete the customer journey from paid and organic media

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and creation process around non-product specific content for theassociated brands

  • Define user journey and drivedigital assets to address consumer/business needs from discoveryto the point ofacquisition

  • Oversee/execute community management across active social platforms

  • Contribute to retention strategy to drive efficiency with marketing campaigns while increasing customer retention and AOV

  • Interfacewith product marketing and sales owners on content needs

  • Educateproduct teams on standards and content creation practices, including educationalworkshops or ad hoc training

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience

  • 3 to 5 years of ecommerce, digital or marketing experience

  • 2+ years of content marketing, including onsite content, blogging, influencer marketing, social media marketing, developing advocates

  • 2+ years in paid search is a plus

  • Certification in marketing automation, email, analytics, and content management systems a plus

  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging social media to drive consumer/business engagement and sales.

  • Solid understanding of contemporary SEO practices

  • Understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CR, etc.)

  • Strong verbal communication, writing, and editing skills

  • Working knowledge of content management systems

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
