Scope: The HR Services group will be accountable to support identified HR transactional and administrative work streams across all business units within the Company.
Major Responsibilities
Effectively supporting and servicing the customer with the goal to exceed their expectations.
Responsible for the efficient and accurate utilization of the HR case management system including the documentation of associate and management inquiries and routing of issues based upon identified tier and severity level.
Based on pre-determined service level standards, meets or exceeds standard reporting elements including average call duration, average hold time, call response time and % of questions and identified issues resolved within the same day.
Manages and responds to incoming calls from internal associates and managers with responsibility for advising and answering questions related to payroll, healthcare benefits, and other human resources related services.
Accountable for the administration of time and attendance system and non-exempt time imports including PTO maintenance. Responsible to process special pay and re-code uploads. Monitors status of manager time and attendance approvals to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of associate payroll.
In partnership with the Associate Relations Managers, ensures the timely administration and process compliance of associate termination requirements including HRIS input, benefits termination and systems access.
Ensures the timely response and administration and follow-up on associate garnishments including verification, data entry and check mailing.
Responsible to continuously improve overall process efficiency and accuracy.
