Job Description:
Alfa Laval Inc. is seeking a E-Commerce Specialist to join our team!
This position develops online sales and manages all aspects of the Web Shop (product mix, pricing, promotions, reporting, functionality improvement).
Expectations and Responsibilities:

Customize ecommerce platform (Web Shop / product guide) based on local customer and business local needs.
- Develop sales through e-commerce platform
- Understand specific local market needs and customize the selection criteria, product names, vocabulary and technical specification.
- For some KAM create customize pages and set up an Edi protocol.
- Improve user interaction with the product catalogue based on customer feedback.
- Define, implement and secure a governance model: home page, pricing, updated, pricing, promotion, access.
- Provide necessary data (using PIM) to external web shops of our customers and advise them on how to present our products in their web shop.

Analyze customer interaction data.
- Create and monitor KPIs with customer interaction data (visit, leads, orders) by customer, product, industry.
- Identify main usage gaps in terms of product and/or customer segments or industries. Discuss with Sales function and implement corrective actions.

Propose market offering and actions to promote products.
- Based on data analysis propose to sales promotional actions and activities.
- Monitor promotion activities impact on sales and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Web Marketing / Communications or equivalent experience with qualification in online media
- Experience with one or more computer language and frameworks
- 2-5 years of relevant Web Shop or E – Commerce experiences
- Proficiency with online marketing channels such as email, website advertising and social media
- Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
- Ability to analyze data using programs such as Google Analytics
