Job Description:

IBA is actively recruiting for a Project Controller to support our Department of Defense (DoD) client located in San Antonio, TX. The Project Controller will assist the Government SharePoint Platform Manger (SPPM), who is responsible for the overall management of Army, Navy, and Air Force SharePoint platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrange meetings.

• Take minutes and action outcomes as directed by the SPPM.

• Update Integrated Master Plan (IMS) for SPPM.

• Track ticket submissions and integration into the IMS.

• Attend project meetings in the SPPM's stead as directed/needed.

• Provide status updates to the Government Deputy Program Manager as requested.

• Provide support to populate Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) and Support Agreements.

​​​​​​​

• Other duties as assigned.

 Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge/experience using SharePoint.

​​​​​​​

• Knowledge of project management process inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs.

​​​​​​​

• Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills.

​​​​​​​

• Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.

​​​​​​​

• Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status-reporting, etc.

​​​​​​​

• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities.

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or work experience required by contract labor category.

​​​​​​​

• Minimum of three years of experience in office administration or related skills. Proficiency and experience using commercial automated word processing systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently or under general direction.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP preferred, but not required.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Existing ADP II Public Trust clearance level and above or ability to obtain an ADP II Public Trust.
