Job Description:

We are seeking a Member Experience Technical Trainer for the Financial Health Centers Department.

The Member Experience Technical Trainer will deliver training solutions to our employees that help them masterfully navigate the technical and operational aspects of the workflow, supporting the transformational work of translating member stories into actionable needs, providing sensible advice, deepening member relationships and ultimately, guiding members to financial health. The job incumbent is charged with aligning product, service, and technical training with Credit Human’s mission, values and brand promise.

Highlights:


  • Delivers instructor-led as well as synchronous and asynchronous online training, using presentation technology, eLearning authoring tools and remote meeting technology (e.g. Ring Central) as needed.

  • Collaborates with Member Experience Instructional Designer to create effective training curriculum, providing insights from classroom experiences, student and manager surveys, and SMEs.

  • Measures and reports technical training results, obtains member experience insights from measurement/metrics area of the FHC Division and observes employee skill development in an effort to make continuous improvements to training curriculum and delivery methods.


  • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of financial health center operational policies and procedures, compliance and regulatory guidelines/resources, and Credit Human products and services.



Experience:

   Required


  • 5+ years of financial institution experience

   Preferred


  • 3-5 years of technical training experience within a financial institution

Education:

   Required


  • High School Diploma

   Preferred


  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education or relevant field

Licenses & Certifications:

   Preferred


  • ATD Master Trainer Certification

Skills & Knowledge:

   Required


  • Proficient with financial institution systems and processes

  • Knowledge of financial institution products and services

  • Experience with LMS (learning management system), survey tools and remote meeting technology (e.g. Ring Central)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Aptitude for learning and embracing new technology and adult learning principles

  • Some knowledge of training creation and facilitation

  • Team player; works well as a member of a group

  • Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project and the organization

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Level of Work: 2B
