Provide Records Management support and assistance to the organization, identifying opportunities for RIM training and/or process improvements.
In this role you will:
Utilize and maintain the enterprise Records Management software system; provide support and assistance to enterprise users
Maintain and update the Corporate Record Retention and Information Management program, policies, and procedures, as needed.
Research and analyze records and retention requirements, update the retention schedule, perform regular records destruction, and other records management activities, all in accordance with our legal, regulatory, and contractual responsibilities.
Provide records management support to the electronic content management team as it relates to the retention, description, and disposition requirements of electronic records.
Support the litigation hold process by ensuring responsive records are properly identified, retained, and protected, as required by each directive.
Serve as a Records Liaison to DHA in support of our TRICARE contracts, as well as to our prime contractors.
Monitor industry trends and suggest changes to the RIM program to comply with legal/regulatory requirements, business needs, and RIM industry best practices.

You need to have:
U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Library Science, Information Management, or related field, or equivalent years of experience
We also prefer:
Coursework involving specialized courses in Records Management, Library Science, Information Management or other Records and Information Management-related field
2 or more years of experience in the Records and Information Management, Library Science, or related field
Working knowledge of advanced records management concepts, processes, and technology
Experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry
Understanding of database systems as well as principles of metadata
