Forecast Infrastructure budgets on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis. This includes monthly / quarterly POR’s, participation in Annual Operation Plan, and long-range planning of asset refreshes along with the financial impact.
Forecast and manage the FTE inside Desk Side Support. Includes tracking FTE billing, ensuring expense are correctly accrued for on a monthly-basis, and budgeting / forecasting correctly.
Be the point of contact for any Designated Purchasing Entity Invoices. Includes answering questions and providing additional information as needed.
Perform administrative tasks in the creation of Appropriation Requests and ensure completeness in the process.
Work with various areas of Emerson Corporate IT; Vendor Management, Architecture, and Service Delivery Operations to assist in analyzing both current and future service costs and related cost recovery models.
Help identify, develop, and implement tools, business processes and procedures
Participate in capacity planning, strategy, and staff meetings.
Prepare presentations to Senior Corporate and Business Unit IT Management.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
EDUCATION/LANGUAGE
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting with minor in Computer Science or Information Systems a plus
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
3 to 5 years of work experience in business including financial analysis and working in an IT shared service environment
Some experience with managing leased assets preferred
Advanced user of Microsoft products including SharePoint
Strong analytical skills a must
Ability to excel in a team environment.
Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills
Legal authroization to work in the United States
Emerson work experience preferred.
