IMT Business Advisor - Work from home - Express Scripts at Cigna

Job Description:

Role Summary:

The IMT Business Advisor is an accomplished communicator who is capable of leading cross-functional meetings which drive Issue Management Tickets forward to conclusion. This person is also an exceptionally organized and analytical thinker who works in collaboration with Service Reliability leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics, to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, and to support decision making and execution based on data and analytical findings across the organization. Focuses on providing thought leadership within the IMT team, also but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate escalated and complex IMT tickets in order to assist the resolution of issues including organizing and leading meetings with cross-functional teams

  • Provide governance and facilitation for all tickets related to clients with Performance Guarantees

  • Work with multiple cross-functional teams to identify and improve IMT and larger Service Reliability Processes using data and knowledge of the organization

  • Maintain metrics for IMT Scorecard

  • Assist with building and maintaining operational procedures and documentation

  • Other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence others

  • Solid customer service, analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving experience required

  • Proven experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional networks to add value to organizational efforts

  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions with minimal oversight

  • Demonstrate initiative, commitment, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Previous quality and process improvement experience strongly advised

  • Flexibility to support peak seasons

  • Working knowledge of ESI operations, systems, products and services a plus

  • Knowledge of and experience in PBM or healthcare a plus

  • Knowledge of and experience with Service Now application a plus

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
