The Data Engineer intern will have exposure to cloud based analysis and tools in support of key business goals (e.g. SnowFlake, Trifacta). The intern will learn how to communicate data analysis results to drive business value, and will gain an understanding of why customer support is critical to business objectives in a high performing team. The intern will also learn how commercial data is aggregated for insight to drive customer value in risk and marketing business decisions.

The intern will have the opportunity to:

• Execute independently with coaching performing data analysis tasks using tools such as Excel, Trifacta, and basic SQL




• Report out on findings and recommendations via PowerPoint or other means to direct line leadership 




• Learn tasks on rechecks in support of US Public Records and customers, reviewing tasks assigned and executing on documented process to close rechecks by searching government files and websites 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a four-year accredited degree program, and returning to the program upon completion of the internship




• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics or related course of study preferred




• Basic understanding of web




• Working knowledge of SQL a plus




• Strong analytical skills using tools such as Excel - working knowledge of pivot tables and macros a plus
