Essential Functions:


  • Develop and execute a channel strategy that maximizes operating income.
  • Work closely with business units to ensure the channel strategy is in line with business objectives and goals.
  • Provide advanced consulting to address distributors on business issues including workflow, management, pricing, product mix, promotion, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Develop and execute a plan to leverage relationships

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required, Master's degree preferred

Years and Type of Experience:


  • 5 -8 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of successful accomplishments
  • Channel Management Experience preferred
  • Significant commercial experience including effective channel management from a large healthcare organization.
  • Expert in negotiating contracts, rebate and discount programs, and resource deployment across distributors and accounts.

Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:


  • Strong Financial Acumen. Strong business acumen and knowledge of the local market and competitors with experience improving gross margin. Past experience with P&L
  • Excellent teamwork and cross functional collaboration
  • Self-motivated/Driver
  • Strong excel skills
  • Highly strategic
