Dominium is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for a Senior Section 8 Community Manager to be a strategic leader for our communities across several states, including: CA, CO, GA, IA, KS, MN, MO, OH, SC, and TX.

Position Summary:

Manage property (or properties) for stakeholders by performing duties personally or through direct reports in a floating (as needed) capacity. Quickly assess operating deficiencies, if applicable, at assigned properties and make corrective action plans as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize occupancy/collections/physical appearance/resident retention/compliance (as applicable)


• Establish and maintain pleasant atmosphere and relations with the residents of the community


• Maintain visibility, professionalism, and rapport


• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property


• Engage employees and work to build the team

Qualifications:

• Five years of previous property management experience preferred 


• Project Based Section 8 experience required


• Ability to travel 90% required


• Yardi software experience preferred


• Ability to work evenings as needed


• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment


• Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Resident Apartment Manager (RAM), or similar designation preferred
