Perform scanning, photocopying, faxing, and mailing responsibilities
Organize tax notices and assist with correspondence to IRS and states
Coordinate personal property tax filings by corresponding with property managers in the field
Process electronic or paper copies of business income tax returns received from CPA firms
Independently manage follow-up correspondence on various projects & responsibilities
Work with spreadsheets daily to maintain & track data for multiple projects
Provide a wide variety of administrative support to the Tax Department including billing, invoice processing, coordinating calendars, and assisting with recordkeeping of important meetings
Assist with event planning for the larger Accounting & Finance team

Primary Requirements Include:
AA degree or higher required
Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in office administration required
Previous CPA firm experience or general knowledge of tax returns is preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint) required
Strong Adobe Acrobat Pro skills required
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to manage time well and meet critical deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with care and professionalism
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
