Job Description:

InstaMed's solutions are delivered via its proprietary cloud-based platform and network of healthcare providers and payers. InstaMed is looking for self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented candidate who wants to excel in an open, professional, and team-oriented environment. Individuals in this position will work cross-functionally in the support of driving customer satisfaction within our Payer market space. This individual will drive provider and member adoption campaigns and communications with Payer clients. They will be responsible for reporting, analytics, and managing marketing campaigns. We are searching for a candidate that is curious and passionate, with a strong ability to understand people and organizations and identify mutually beneficial solutions to the problems they face in the rapidly evolving healthcare payments industry.

Essential Functions:

• Support growth of the InstaMed Network via the development and execution of provider adoption campaigns

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with operational and executive staff within payer organizations

• Collaborate with Marketing, Provider Outreach, Business Development, and Customer Service in support of clients

• Deliver end-user training, and product demonstrations, that drive solution adoption and satisfaction

• Participate in regular meetings with payers, both on-site and remote, to ensure exceptional customer retention and overall satisfaction with InstaMed's solutions

• Work with Project Management to define customer KPI's and report relevant information to the Payer teams/clients with regular cadence.

• Track metrics through entire life of solution for multiple product lines with weekly and monthly delivery

• Respond to service escalations in a timely manner and ensure escalations are brought to full resolution

• Any other duties applicable to the position

Qualifications:

• Excellent people skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with customers

• Ability to quickly learn and understand InstaMed's solution suite

• Healthcare and Payments industry experience preferred, specifically in the Payer Market and Provider Relations departments

• Project Management experience a plus

• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with technology solutions in a customer-facing position

• Bachelor's Degree or higher

• Strong analytical strategic thinking and communication skills

• Self-starter, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, organizing people and getting things done
