Position Description:

The Marketing Senior Associate will contribute to and lead the strategy for acquiring new Chase Ink customers through the direct mail, email and retail branch channel. Chase Ink products are designed for small business owners and are part of the small business suite of solutions within Chase for Business. This position sits within the Chase Branded Cards (CBC) organization, a key business within Chase's Consumer and Community Banking group.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Senior Marketing Associate will focus on new customer acquisitions by building an omni-channel strategy, driving personalized experiences to increase penetration and maximizing reach across targeted channels for key audience segments. This role will also find opportunities to expand reach by optimizing channel/campaign execution including targeting, creative and offer strategies. They will drive marketing initiatives from ideation around new concepts through to implementation, including completion of planning briefs, analysis, creative development, and implementation across various channels. This role will also support campaign builds and marketing collateral development for the retail branch channel.

Qualifications :


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, inclusive of digital, direct mail and email marketing experience
  • Innovative marketer with strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, influencing and creative problem-solving skills
  • Adept at developing effective marketing campaigns

Ideal candidates would be able to do the following:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment requiring flexibility and the ability to balance tactical deliverables with strategic thinking
  • Comfortable working with complex campaign results to develop insights
  • Has strong attention to detail and prides oneself on flawless execution
  • Results oriented self-starter effective at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrently, who is proactive with a positive attitude
  • Strong relationship management skills, working in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and bring new concepts to market to drive customer acquisitions in new and exciting ways.
