As a Marketing Technology (MarTech) & Platform Integration Manager, you’ll work at the forefront of digital marketing technology, playing a key role in providing marketing teams the ammunition needed to be successful in the ever-changing digital landscape. You’ll support internal and external clients across the company by implementing, maintaining, and advocating for platforms that make marketing efficient and effective. This role is located in El Segundo, CA; however, other locations may be considered.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess, implement, and advocate adoption of marketing tools to scale marketing efficiencies.
  • Build consensus with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into an executional roadmap and act as the guardian of the roadmap.
  • Use data to prioritize and establish baseline measurements to showcase business value of work delivered.

Additional Contributions:

  • Stay current with industry technology, buying platforms, best practices and the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape.
  • Work closely with our partner agencies to standardize, streamline and deliver AT&T infrastructure best practices. 
  • Establish standards within individual publisher platforms to maximize efficiency between all media.
  • Advocate marketing needs and manage reviews with our privacy and performance teams. 
  • Understand the digital media ecosystem to guide partners to ensure successful implementations. 
  • Partner with marketers to create new KPIs that determine campaign success.
  • Support active platform integrations to ensure maximum value to AT&T. 

Qualifications:

  • Combined 8+ years of experience with digital marketing ecosystems such as: data collection, integration, activation, or retargeting on web, social, and mobile platforms.
  • Strong domain knowledge of MarTech platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Adobe) and partners (i.e. Google, Facebook).
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into simplified actionable insights.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering.
