If you're looking for a career that offers growth opportunities and values its coworkers, then join our growing team as a Line Cook!  This position is located at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wilkes Barre, PA. Both AM and PM shift available. 

Our ideal candidate will be able to be flexible between 5AM-1:00PM or 4PM-11PM. 

The Hotel Line Cook is responsible for serving and assisting guests in a timely and courteous manner while providing an outstanding guest experience. Both AM and PM shift available. 

Weekends include a $1 extra an hour shift premium!

Areas of responsibility for our line cooks include:

• Sets up food and beverages according to established guidelines


• Food preparation, cooking and serving


• Cook and fulfill orders to company and hotel standards


• Maintains adequate inventory of food supplies and orders as required


• Sets up dining area before and after shift


• Cleans and busses all tables as necessary


• Adhere to food safety practices while cooking

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• Reading, math, and communication skills


• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently


• Availability to work holidays and weekends is required
