Responsibilities



  • Program Manager should possess experience from the following task areas:

    • Managing all of the finance, contract, and subcontract support to program and resolving critical problems and issues.
    • Supervise all aspects of personnel technical performance on the program, providing feedback as appropriate to leadership, and resolving problems as they arise to ensure successful execution
    • Responsible for day-to-day management as well as long-term strategic development
    • Coordinate personnel resources needed for effective program management, including but not limited to, HR support, Talent Acquisition, contracts administration, security, and finance support
    • Experience developing and managing labor Bases of Estimation and Bills of Material
    • Experience developing and presenting Cost Account financial data, including cost variance, estimates to complete, and variances at complete
    • Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans
    • Managing and mentoring program personnel to ensure continuing career development
    • Working with different customer groups to ensure all schedules are filled and management processes are streamlined and implemented throughout the workforce
    • Working with end customers, subcontractor partners, and recruiters to ensure customer staffing requirements are filled
    • Briefing the program's status at multiple levels of management
    • Providing funding guidance to multiple customers based on budgets and mission needs
    • Ensuring that projects are properly and adequately funded
    • Addressing program status and being responsive to customers and management
    • Remaining conscious of facility security practices and policies to ensure that all personnel are compliant
    • Establishing and implementing streamlined processes and procedures to enable rapid program responses for all requirements

Qualifications


  • Top Secret level clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience with the management of an enterprise IT service delivery and management program
  • Experience managing programs of similar size and scale
  • Certified Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
  • Specialized, relevant technical experience in systems development and engineering
  • Experience with program life cycle milestones
  • Demonstrated experience leading programs with complex IT solutions
