What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Perform program management, business development and account management tasks

  • Receive and track customer issues and complaints; resolve issues and communicate results and findings where appropriate

  • Research, follow up and answer questions; resolve issues that come from any of the external or internal cross-functional teams

  • Prepare plans and escalate issues in a timely manner to both executive leadership and customers when encountering roadblocks

  • Participate in managing quality systems and continuous process improvement within the facility

  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and presentations


What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 1 year of related work experience

  • Proven logistics industry knowledge in LTL with competency in supply chain systems

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)


It'd be great if you also have:
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)

  • Superior customer relationship management and presentation skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving techniques; strong planning, project management and analytical skills

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate well with all levels of an organization from hourly associates to senior management
