The Office of Regulatory Examination Management, a unit within Prudential’s Regulatory Law Department, is seeking a Process Management Analyst that will provide project management and operational support in connection with the ongoing regulatory activities of the Company.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:


  • Support regulatory examinations and inquiries

  • Manage data flow with acute attention to detail

  • Perform or oversee logistical, administrative and planning tasks with a diligent project management focus

  • Prepare status reports

  • Support and oversee the technology needs of the unit

  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, workflows and documentation

    Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Project management certification will be considered a plus

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in project management

  • Experience within a risk, audit, compliance, operations and/or regulatory function preferred

  • Experience with Regulatory processes, particularly within the financial services industry desired

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and other technology tools

Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.

Salary range specific to Colorado: $61,600-83,500 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
