The Associate, Global Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development Programs will be reporting to the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development Programs. As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) & Leadership Development (LD) Center of Excellence (CoE), the Global TA and LD Programs Associate is an entry project and program lead for hiring and leadership programs at an enterprise level. You will focus on meeting current and future business driven objectives through the designing, executing, monitoring programs, systems, and processes. This includes, but not limited to, applicant tracking system, sourcing tools, compliance, virtual interviewing technologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage TA and LD programs and systems, ensure they are working as expected
Troubleshoot issues raised by candidates or stakeholders, work with vendors (as needed) to provide resolution
Keep current of market and TA / LD trends and insights, benchmarking external organizations, etc.
Partner with the MyHR/ HRBP teams to create streamlined, sustainable, and scalable best practice documentation and process maps
Identify and troubleshoot issues. Provide recommendation and resolution options to stakeholders to drive improvement and performance
Partner with all functions within TA to help develop audit processes that ensure compliance with the requirements of various employment laws / TA performance applicable to those TA personnel’s specific subject areas and enterprise compliance
Create and deliver training to support the delivery of global TA and LD programs and processes
Ensure accountability across the organization to deliver to our customer’s expectations - clearly convey to all functional areas the critical path milestones to meet customer expectations. Cross functional communication is essential.
Ensure consistency and compliance across all aspects of programs
Maintain compliance with EEO, OFCCP and any applicable federal, state, country guidelines through continuous monitoring of TA and LD projects and processes
Act as a change champion for new initiatives and processes across the full GITL organization
Serve as subject matter expert and a system administrator of critical technology, such as the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Evaluate new system functionality, gather feedback from users, work with HRIS to test and deploy new features (e.g. ATS, HireVue, etc.)
Manage vendor relationships (e.g. LinkedIn, eQuest, Hire Right, Korn Ferry), monitor and drive performance
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s or University degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience demonstrated in HR, Recruiting, or project/program management experience
Minimum of 1-year experience in Workday HRIS, HR Compliance, or HR reporting
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Experience in any of the following is a plus: Workday HRIS, HR Compliance, HR Reporting, ATS systems, leadership development and employment branding
Practical knowledge of recordkeeping requirements
Ability to research and analyze various different types of data
Proven experience in the design, implementation and use of Talent Acquisition and/or HR CoE strategies, tools and technology
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed
Strong sense of business ethics including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information
Self-driven and strategic in thought processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly collaborative, experience working in or with a highly matrixed governance model
Vendor management
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in multi-country/regional TA/HR
Ability to prioritize and efficiently execute a high volume and broad scope of tasks within tight deadlines, competing demands and changes in the work environment
Job Requirements:
Flexibility to adapt working hours to be engaged in meetings with other regional timelines (e.g. Asia)
