Maintains an understanding of the store’s products and pricing information to assist and direct customer purchases, while achieving store sales goals
Monitors workflow to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved
Communicates with other sales teammates and technicians to ensure the best customer experience, every time
Explains service needs, warranties and options to the customer
Responds to customer complaints/concerns through effective customer service techniques; escalates concerns to management as needed
Completes appropriate paperwork for customer orders, enters information in computer systems, prints and assigns work orders to appropriate service technicians
Store opening and closing procedures

Oversees timely completion of customer work orders with service staff and follows up with staff and customers regarding any issues or delays
Reviews and processes invoices for completed work orders and receives appropriate payments from customers
Schedules customer appointments in an effective manner
Completes cross-training to perform routine service functions based on the store schedule, including tire changes, rotations and oil changes
Maintains neat and orderly showroom, sales counter and shop at all times by cleaning the area regularly
Receives and examines deliveries for discrepancies or damages, and resolves problems expeditiously
Monitors inventory levels, sources products, restocks inventory and updates product displays within the store as required
Oversees work flow and completes various administrative tasks in the absence of the general or assistant manager
Attends all required staff meetings, training seminars and maintains required certifications
Reports any concerns to management in a timely manner
Maintains a flexible schedule to include weekend, holiday and evening hours; regularly works between 48 and 54 hours per week, and occasionally works over 60 hours per week
Provides customer shuttle transportation as needed
Represents the company through participation at various trade and company sponsored community events as assigned
1-2 years’ experience in a customer-driven business

Consistent ability to work +/- 45 hours/week, including Saturdays and evening hours. (Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or until the last customer is served)
Proficiency in reading, math, communication, and basic computer skills.
