Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Working with Project Director – UPRR, act as company contact for client ensuring single point interface and complete customer satisfaction.



  • Responsible for securing new business opportunities for the company within the areas of New Tower Builds, DAS, Small Cells, Connected Venues, CBRS and more as the business develops.


  • Aggressively market client locations and to all potential wireless carriers in all geographic areas to help maximize revenues.


  • Generation of sales strategies to maximize opportunities with client.



  • Implement strategies for sales of New Tower Builds, Collocation, DAS and Small Cell systems to the carriers.



  • Prepare sales presentations as needed for client and carriers.



  • Coordinate internal resources to support various business initiatives.



  • Forecast and track all sales opportunities and results.



  • Ensure the successful completion of project deliverables and contract compliance.



  • Work directly with client departments to gain approvals for ground leases, tenant licenses, site plans, construction drawings, easements, and all documents necessary for company site management and new build tower project advancement and completion.



  • Work with client to educate client field personnel on the company contract to ensure implementation projects by collocating carriers and New Build Towers (NBT) proceed routinely.


  • Review all potential Build-To-Suit (B-T-S) tower opportunities from NBT for feasibility to gain all client stakeholder approvals necessary to construct and own a tower.

  • Along with Project Director –UPRR, work as liaison between client and other company teams as co-location and new tower build activity begin.

  • Work with NBT employees and client-approved contractors to communicate client safety requirements.

  • If the company is performing billing and collecting, review monthly financial statements and troubled tenant reports to advocate resolutions on behalf of the client; and assist client with assimilating financial data from the company into client’s financial database management system.

  • Track and report project/account status outlining KPI’s and project performance.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned, which could include other clients/accounts.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:


  • BA/BS required.  

  • 5-7 years of related experience in one or all of the following - wireless telecommunications’ site development, real estate, ROW management.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.


Language Skills:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to tailor content to the level and experience of the audience.
