The Customer Strategy and Retention Marketing team within Base Management plays a critical role in the offer and segmentation strategy for our Wireless base. This Lead Product Marketing Manager role will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for driving our customer strategies forward both internally within Base Management and across Wireless Marketing.

You’ll have the opportunity to support both growth and retention efforts and own a program from strategy through execution and results. We are a team that wears many hats.  We are looking for a candidate who is interested in flexing into multiple aspects of marketing – from business case development to targeting, segmentation and go-to-market.

Key priorities for the role will be:

  • Lead several key wireless initiatives from a base management perspective: identifying key target segments, managing business case development, briefing partner marketing teams, and managing performance and results for the initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with Pricing, Analytics partners on planning, reporting and business impacts
  • Manage a private offer portfolio as well as have full understanding of National offers and products that compliment this private offer portfolio
  • Act as team SME on key initiatives and represent Base Marketing as such in cross functional meetings
  • Brief Customer Communications partners on new initiatives and offers, relevant targeting details and collaborate on marketing plan presentations and result readouts to leadership
  • Facilitate and lead key Marketing Management stakeholder meetings

Background:

  • 6+ years’ marketing experience
  • Self-starter, initiative to improve processes and innovate
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners
  • PowerPoint storyteller—strong and compelling content in an easy to understand format
  • Proficient in Excel—ability to craft data-informed narratives with ease and precision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Ability to communicate complex concepts and stories simply and effectively
  • Exceptional project/program management skills.  Demonstrated experience to drive projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt rapidly to aggressive deadlines and rapidly changing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred
