The Support Services Technician fields incoming support requests via web, email to ticket, phone and chat for all non-instruction related Stride platform support requests.

  • Login Issues

  • Unlock Accounts

  • General navigation

  • General System Troubleshooting

  • Manage Students/Editing Student Accounts

  • Enrollment Actions/Managing Enrollments

  • Assist with exam passwords

  • Reset quizzes or exams

  • Assist with product Inquiries/Self –Pay & Institutional Inquiries

  • Assist with Self-Pay Enrollments and Refunds

  • Partner general support

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 


  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate

  • 0 years of experience required

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 


  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Web proficiency

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate consistently and comfortably with clients over web, email, phone and chat

  • Ability to work in a high-volume work environment

  • Ability to assimilate business policies and processes into practice

  • Strong customer service focus

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong ability and initiative to solve problems

  • Ability to clear required background check

  • This is a home based position.  This position is open to residents of, and may be performed remotely from Washington, D.C., and from any state except Colorado.
