Position Summary: This position is responsible for driving/strategizing the adoption of ITIL and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles with focus on Monitoring and Production Support areas of IT Operations.

Primary responsibilities:

• Identify and address known and unknown gaps in the current Monitoring & Production Support processes for video org applications
• Explore, evaluate and lead the charge in implementation of the appropriate tool(s),
• Collaborate with IT and Vendor partner groups on formulating the management policies

Alert Monitoring management, Incident & Problem management metrics to better manage production changes and minimize disruptions to customer experience on our video platforms whilst being compliant with AT&T's security and infrastructure policies.

Experience: 12-15 years

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 12+ years of experience in the IT Operations and/or Development is required
2. 5+ years of experience in dealing with highly technical staff is required
3. 5+ years of experience in communicating with and presenting to executives is required

5+ years of experience in Strategizing & Defining Key  aspects of Application Monitoring and Response, Application Problem Management/Resolution Principles, Application Change
