Position Summary: This position is responsible for driving/strategizing the adoption of ITIL and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles with focus on Monitoring and Production Support areas of IT Operations.
Primary responsibilities:
Alert Monitoring management, Incident & Problem management metrics to better manage production changes and minimize disruptions to customer experience on our video platforms whilst being compliant with AT&T's security and infrastructure policies.
Experience: 12-15 years
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Strategizing & Defining Key aspects of Application Monitoring and Response, Application Problem Management/Resolution Principles, Application Change
