dormakaba is seeking a Team Lead, Application Service Delivery & Support to join our IT team in Indianapolis, IN. This position will be responsible for leading the Application Support Center in America to ensure the Business critical IT Applications are supported.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Manages the Application Support Center and team for the Americas
Ensures service level agreements are kept and ensures costs and resources remain in alignment
Ensures that Business requirements are translated and implemented together with the 3rd Level Support
Interfaces between the Business IT Engagement Team in Americas and Group IT with all Business Application relevant topics (Stakeholder Management)
Supports the individual Rollout Teams in the Region Americas and ensure a smooth handover into operations and support
Ensures qualifications, trainings and know-how of the entire Support Team in Americas and ensure the overall Group IT rules and regulations (standards)
Participates in the Global Application Support organization (7/24)
Oversees Service administration and service budget compliance

REQUIREMENTS:
Teamlead SAP Center of Excellence or similar function (5-10 years)
Profound general Business Application Know-how (10 years)
(example Microsoft AX, GP, Salesforce, Friedman etc.)
International experience (Group / Regional function)
Several years of experience in managing near-/off-shoring partner and -activities
University degree (IT or Business Administration) or similar experience
Desired SAP Consulting certificate, ITSM Certificate, Project Management Cert.
