Overview
The Coordinator - Logistics Order Desk will achieve savings opportunities for TDS by sourcing equipment across the organization with stock already on hand. The Coordinator is to work closely with internal business units and vendors to plan for required product volumes, monitor inventory stocking levels, ensure availability, and coordinate logistics to meet the required timeframes of TDS departments for their projects. The Coordinator is also to develop extensive knowledge of products and services to counsel internal customers on alternatives. The Coordinator will partner with Field Services, Network Services, and other Supply Chain functions to successfully plan and source equipment across all operations.
Additionally, the Coordinator - Logistics Order Desk is responsible for coordinating repair disposal practices for legacy non-CPE equipment for the organization. This process will require research, analysis, coordination with Operations and Category Management, sourcing, award, and logistics as required to maximize the value TDS receives for its used equipment. Included with the repair and disposal process is vendor qualification, selection, and contract management.

Responsibilities
Source and facilitate the procurement of equipment from internal supply in support of TDS Telecom operations and business needs.
Develop and implement repair and disposal strategies for non-CPE equipment to maximize value to TDS Telecom.
Catalog Maintenance - Accurately enter all articles into SAP to develop and maintain the catalog of fixed asset and CPE equipment.
Participate, counsel and support internal departments and operating locations in the selection and procurement of goods & services.
