Sales Enablement Manager needed for a full time, staff opportunity with Yohremote based.



The Manager of Sales Enablement is responsible for providing sales content and data analytics to the Enterprise Sales team. The person will also help drive our DZConneX GTM strategy by working with industry analysts (SIA, Everest Group, Ardent, HRO) to position Yoh/DZX total talent messaging in the marketplace.



The Work You'll Be Doing:


  • Responsible for synthesizing thought leadership and developing playbook for social media posts, blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, podcasts, webcasts and livestreams, etc. to effectively communicate the DZConneX value proposition.

  • Execute and maintain competitor intelligence projects for all verticals - DZX, MSP, & RPO - leveraging partnerships and memberships for data and analysis.

  • Project manage industry analyst and drive market survey responses to help support the Yoh/DZX go to market positioning.

  • Collaborate with Marketing effectively on all content needed for outreach.

  • Oversees and directs the Marketing & Sales Analyst in development of Sales content and collateral for social media posts, blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, podcasts, webcasts, and livestreams, etc.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:


  • Strong understanding of outsourced talent and workforce management solutions - i.e. MSP, RPO, Services Procurement/SOW management, IC compliance, Direct Sourcing, Contingent RPO, etc.

  • Must be knowledgeable in outsourced managed service talent programs.

  • Must be able to articulate our total talent solutions value prop internally.

  • Must be able to help train internal resources and colleagues on Yoh's value proposition.


The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:


  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 5 Years of professional experience

  • 2 - 3 years industry experience

  • Must have excellent oral and written skills

Must be able to perform the following physical and mental tasks:


  • Visual Acuity, balancing, stooping, reaching, walking, manual dexterity, grasping, feeling, hearing, talking.

  • Capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods of time.

  • Ability to read complex documents in the English language

  • Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.

  • Ability to write complex documents in the English language

  • Capacity to express thoughts orally
