We are seeking an Inplant Ink Supervisor (UV Offset/UV Flexo Liquid ink) to work at our customer's site in Batavia, OH. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining INX's on-site ink room. Previous experience within the Ink industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Daily communication and direction to inplant employees
• 5S Leader


• Maintain training program


• Attend customer technical meetings


• Schedule vacations and coverage, including sick time


• Maintain KPI's


• Help oversee/direct color matching, inventory, ink manufacturing and housekeeping

Qualifications (Skills - Education - Experience)

• 3-5 years in lab and ink manufacturing


• Excellent computer skills


• Excellent communication skills, reading and writing


• Verbal and written communication skills


• Must be able to pass color vision test


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


• High school graduate or GED

Additional qualifications that are a plus:

• Inplant and pressroom experience


• Previous supervisory skills


• Color matching skills


• College degree preferred
