Cape Fox Facilities Servicesis seeking a Facilities Security Engineerto join our team in Bethesda, MD in support of the NIH

Responsibilities:

• Provide mechanical engineering support services for the NIH Central Utility Plant(CUP), Thermal Energy Storage System (TESS) and Industrial Water Storage System (IWS).


• Work with staff on NIH CUP monitoring and support of senior mechanical engineering staff in collecting and analyzing facility data; compose and provide CUP facility reports.


• Provide support to improve CUP optimization.


• Provide support to Machine Learning projects.


• Develop process flow documents from information gathered from stakeholders.


• Review design submissions with respect to Mechanical, Plumbing and Controls systems to determine compliance with NIH-DRM, International Codes and applicable standards.


• Provide support to perform root cause analysis and provide corrective action preventative action (CAPA) for mechanical systems.


• Review BAS/EMS controls documentation including programming, control sequences, schematic diagrams, etc.


• Conduct trend analysis of engineering or historical data to pinpoint issues


• Set up and format spreadsheets to analyze information; coordinate the preparation of requests, memoranda, reports, forms and mailings.
