Contributions

You will lead the execution and delivery of work within this client space and, over time, grow leaders and larger and larger teams to build a delivery sector that delights our clients. You must have a proven track record of leading and delivery in a client environment.

You will also:


  • Serve as the leader, accountable for completion of team delivery efforts including quality oversight and client acceptance

  • Assist in the managemet of the P&L of the sector of business you deliver

  • Have an entrepreneurial desire to build a business

  • Fosters and promote innovative thinking across the client environment

  • Build and maintain client relationships, developing a strategic vision for clients and internal teams

  • Handle challenging client situations and offer technical and business guidance & direction to client executives

  • Manage staff and monitor performance and training needs to create skills expansion and career advancement opportunities

  • Want to be constantly learning and evolving!

  • Be willing to roll-up your sleeves when necessary to deliver (especially at the beginning of our growth)!

  • Want to do something different, and build a company around postive disruption of the status quo

Qualifications

Preferred:


  • US Citizen

  • Located in Washington DC Metro Area

  • 10+ Years leading in consulting services

  • An entrepreneurial desire to build a business

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving client issues

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and a desire to foster and support cultural diversity

  • Proven team player and team builder

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Experience working with Human Centered Design

  • A degree or equivalent experience and a proven background in consulting and project management

  • PMP, Scrum Master certification preferred

  • Federal Clearance Prefered (Ability get one is required)
