Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute performance, scalability and reliability testing processes for all CO Tech products and services.


• Establish with BU’s and technology teams the acceptable performance for each area above

• Design and implement testing scripts that are reusable across products


• Provide testing results and improvement opportunities within established SLA’s


• Perform with Development and Infrastructure teams failed performance root cause and establish fix plan of actions


• Provide Production-level test environments and ecosystem test capabilities.


• Manage team of QA Test and Performance employees across regions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering


• Experience with many software and infrastructure applications  and performance test tools


• 8+ years of QA functional and performance testing leadership experience


• Demonstrated success in establishing testing organization- structure, organization, funding, proposals, process and success metrics


• Multi-regional organization management experience


• Excellent communications skills- describe performance in simple to understand terms that are meaningful to business and technology leaders
